Team and 9-ball

Tomorrow morning it is time for the first team match and then later on I start the 9-ball. Really looking forward to that:) Today we have been downtown, chilling, having good food and then back to see the end of the 8-ball finals.
Now I am off to bed, breakfast at 7:30 and then playing against Portugal at 09:00

9th place in 10-ball

I won my first match today and then lost in the second round in the single elimination. That means 9th place. It could be better and it could be worse. I tend to play one good match and then one really crappy match. I need to fix that in the eightball:)
Line got bronze in 10-ball, not bad:) Actually all six players in the norwegian team was in the single elimintaion and Matey Ullah finished on 9th place also. Hopefully we can keep it up in the eightball that starts tomorrow. My next macth is at 14:15.
I will try to get some photos in later, the internet is not the fastest..

I have played three matches today. I started ok, pulling myself together when I was down against Kristina Schagan (GER), and won. Second game against Kamila Khodjaeva (BEL) was a nightmare. Nothing was right and she won 6-0. After that we went outside the hotel to get something to eat and change scenery for a while and that helped. I played really well in my last match against Hana Kaslova (CZE) and won 6-2. Tomorrow the single elimination for the last 32 startes and I play against Elul Kibaroglu (TUR) at 12:30.

Line Kjørsvik is a European Champion after wining the final late last night. I am so proud!!! I did not do well in straightpool, but Line winning it gets me in a better mood:)
Today we play 10-ball. I won my first and now I lost my second. Play again at 21:15 tonight for the losers qualification. FIngers crossed!

Here we go again, It is that time of the year and I love it!
We are in Luxemburg, Hotel Parc Alvisse. They have installed 24 tables and there is livestream on all tables! The stream is by Kozoom, and you can find it here: http://www.kozoom.com/en/uspool (first 48 hours free, then 10 euro a month or 96 euro a year)

10 days of playing pool. First 14-1, then 10-ball, next is 8-ball and in the end 9-ball. And this year we got the teams back aswell! I can not wait to begin!
The womens team is myself and Line Kjørsvik, the mens team consist of Kristoffer Mindrebøe, Mats Schjetne, Roger Rasmussen and Matey Ullah. Coach Jörgen Sandman and sportsdirector boss) Katrine Grotle is also here. Not too forget head mentor Monica Webb and the support team consisting of Bjørnar Yttersian and in a couple of days, Bjørn Mindrebøe. This could not have been better!
Tomorrow I play my first straightpool match against Barbara Bolfelli (ITA) at 11:00. Line is third seed and has a wo first round and will play at 15:00.
I will keep you posted and hopefully the internett will allow me to post a few pictures too. I guess we are to many players using the net at the same time, this is sloooow.
