Im am in the quarterfinals! I have played really well all day with only short focus gaps:) Tomorrow morning I play against Ronny Oldervik.
Now it is time for crayfish and foccacia ala Katrine:)

In the car on our way to play a ranking tournament in Hyllestad. I flew in to Bergen and was picked up by Katrine. As you can see the backseat is kind of crowded. It is also kind of noisy and everything is constantly moving…

33rd place in the Women 9-ball World Championship

I lost my match for the single elimination so I ended up in 33 place together with Line Kjorsvik, Ina Kaplan, Kamila Khodjaeva and Monica Webb. Tough day for the westerns. Kelly Fisher made it through (winning 7-6) but lost her first match in the single elimination against Fu Xiaofang in the tv arena. I think she did amazing considering her last few months.
Anyway, we now got four western players left and we will all be there to support them. Caroline Roos, Jasmin Michel, Allison Fisher and Karen Corr are all playing at 13. And also Jeanette Lee is playing Pan Xiaoting in the tv arena:)

Still hanging in there!

It’s been a long day but I am still alive. Lost my first against Tan (TPE) 2-7. Went back to the hotel and figured I would eat something in the hotel restaurant to be on the safe side. Wrong…. I could feel there was something wrong with the food so I stopped eating. I played my next match with nausea and stomach ache, but I won 7-6!
So next match for single elimination tomorrow at 1400, still don’t know my opponent. Line Kjorsvik is also still in the tournament so both Norwegians made it through day one:)
It is a struggle to post on wordpress, I only have 10 min at a time to do it. So no mote the pictures before I get home, sorry about that.
