9-ballvm

Poster from 2014

Today I got the email from Gre Leenders saying I get a spot for the WC 9-ball due to my eurotour ranking. I confirmed my spot immediately, I have been looking forward to this after missing the China Open. SO, Guilin, HERE I COME! Now I just have to get the finances in place:)

The tournament is the 2-8 November in Guilin, China, same as it was last year. As soon as I get more information, and the official new poster, I will post it.

First, Women’s 8-ball Open in Braga  in two weeks:)

Vacation is over

August 15, 2015

Started today with a small ranking tournament, I did not win today, I lost the final 6-7 to Elkem Eisajan, ABC. I am still on top of the ranking with over 400 points down to number two ( a win is 300 points) so I it is not a disaster not to win:)

Now the focus turns to 8-ball and the Eurotour in Braga, Portugal, in a few weeks.

I am in Divisjon 1 Sør.

Undefeated today:)

June 13, 2015

20150613_171451_resizedI won the local ranking tournament today:) We played 8-ball and I won my matches 6-1, 6-0, 6-2, 6-1, and 6-3 in the final against Johnny Ellingsen. I have played solid all day, did not miss many balls, but need to fix my 8-ball break:)

Now I have a break before the next tournament since I am not going to China Open. Crossing my fingers for a sunny summer here in Stavanger:) I will have the pool hall open Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday throughout the summer so I will have plenty time to practice also.

Next local ranking tournament is in august, next Eurotour and Norwegian Championships in September.

Time to relax with the family:)

Have a great summer all, Ine:)

The last week has been a little challenging. I have had some private family issues and that have affected my focus and also my plan for the next few months. I will not go to China Open, but I will play all tournaments in Europe and locally.

This weekend I played in the Womens Eurotour in Baunatal, Germany, and my focus was not as it is supposed to be. I still fought my way up to a 17 th place, loosing for former European champion Monja Kielhorn She played very well and I did not. Enough said:)

Anyway, I am holding on to the 6th place on the Eurotour Ranking, which I am pleased with now that Jasmin Osuchan is back on top where she belongs:)

Saturday is the last regional ranking tournament before the summer break. We play in my poolhall and it’s 8-ball. I will post the draw and results when I have it.

eurotour Baunatal

This is my best ranking on the Eurotour so far, could not be happier:) And what a nice way to get there, with my third place in the Ardennen Cup. I have to thank all the people involved in the Ardennen Cup, you really do a great job! 8-ball is not my favorite discipline, but Ardennen Cup is one of my favorite events. THANK YOU!

I also made a lot of new friends, and got to know some of my old acquaintances better. And I had a great team in Lidia Moreira and Brandon Overeem. I could not have a nicer team and we played pretty well:) Brandon had his first real gig ( with his band) in the evening of the teamplay, and they did awesome. Feel free to visit their facebook: https://www.facebook.com/skyscraperslux?

Friday I go to Germany to play German Women’s Open in Baunatal. I hope to keep up my good game and performance and also to keep my form up for China Open. Busy times:)

Big thanks to my federation for the support I em getting this year, as you see it does wonders for my performance:) Also big thanks to OB Cues and Fury.

I will update form Baunatal when I have the draw, until then, Thanks for reading!
