A little while ago I got my equipment for the year and I was super exited to get refilled for 2017. I also got my new patches, I like that they have different patches for the players that are sponsored under a contract and different colors for their importance. Kamui take our sport very serious and they have very high standards for behavior and how you as a player represent the sport. I know all the players wearing an oval silver or gold patch have the same standards and this will lift our sport to new heights in the future:)

Last week an envelope was delivered and I got this nice card wishing me a happy birthday:)

I feel privileged and honored to have such great a sponsor and I absolutely love their products. Now I can get my cues ready for my next event, the Italia Women Open 25-26 february.

Thank you Kamui, please visit kamuibrand.com to take a look at all the great stuff they have and let me know if YOU need anything:)

I did it, I am Norwegian Champion 8-ball. This is the discipline that I struggle with the most, I loose my patience. I have played only 8-ball the last weeks just to get my mind around it, and it payed off.

Today I have played against the future in Norwegian pool, to young girls from Hyllestad. In the semifinals I met 16 year old Vilde-Mary Dingsøyr Holme. I played well and won it 6-0, but she will be very good in the future. In the finals I met 15 year old Nina Torvund and she played superb! I was down 4-1 at one point but managed to win 6-5 after Nina missed the matchball at 5-4. These youngsters are the future and I look forward to see what they can do in the next Youth European Championhips!

My teammate Fredrik Førde finished 9th in the open divison so Svithun Biljardklubb has had a good weekend:) Thank you Oslo Biljardklubb, and especially Egil Arne Sørensen, for all the hard work you do for us! I wish you the best with the move and I cant wait to be back in march to see the new place:)

Even though I would like to do better in the open division I feel I have had a great weekend and that really comes down to all the nice people I have met:)

Tired, but happy, I reached one of my goals!

My run in the open division is over, I lost 5-7 and 6-4 to finish 33 out of 102. Ohwell, dissapointed offcourse but tried my best and today it was not good enough. I did win my qualifing match on the women’s division with 6-3 so I am ready for semifinals tomorrow at 13.

Now I am going to follow my teammate Fredrik Førde who is playing last 32 now:)

Ready for day two!

January 21, 2017

I won both my matches yesterday. I played against Sylvia Severinsen in the women’s division with a 6-1 result. Then I played Ole Tobias Gangfløt in the open division in a long difficult match. I was down 5-3 and 6-4 but managed to win 7-6 in the end. 8-ball can be difficult sometimes…

No I am ready for a new day with new possibilities. I think I am playing my first match at 13 in the women’s division but it is not confirmed yet. I know I play in the open division at 1430

Wish me luck and thanks for reading!

Ine 🙂
