It has been a few quiet weeks, but now the tournaments and travels lines up. I like it, but it gets a little busy sometimes:) This weekend it is the Norwegian Championships in 10-ball, and I have to play both Women and Open because the Open is a Elite ranking event as well as the Norwegian Championships. So I start friday and finish sunday, and if I play up to my ability I will have a few very busy playing days:)

Next friday I go to Braga, Portugal, to play the Women Eurotour in Sara Rochas poolhall Bracara Billiard Acadamy. I will add a post for that tournament only next week, but for now all information is HERE

I lost in the quarterfinals against the eurotour winner Kristina Tkach (RUS) 5-7. I fought the best I could, but it was just not good enough. Nothing to do, I have played quite good the whole tournament so I feel like I did my job:)

Now, the weather has turned to lightning and thunder! I am going to enjoy my last night, and I wish Team Norway the best of luck in the seniors EC that starts tomorrow. 

Next tournament is an elite ranking in Trondheim in two weeks.

I won 7-4 and will play the winners qualification at 21 tonight. I played ok and my opponent started making mistakes which I could benefit from. Now, a little rest and food before my match.

Won my first match against Yvonne Ullmann  (GER) 7-3. Played ok, but a little stiff. My neck is giving me a little trouble, but I just have to remember to play the natural angle more and not long hard shots and I will be ok:) 

Next match is at 1530 against Klaudia Kunz (SUI)

The arena is a little different than the ones we have in the hotels. It is an expo center and reminds me of the asian venues with acoustic noise, high humidity and bad spectator seats. I am so glad I have some experience with tjis, The shuttle buses and the venue can be a little disturbing when you have never tried it before.

And it is superhot here! Way to much for a norwegian 🙂 I had to change my clothes in my break, the playing clothes are just to warm

After a summer break I am now on my way to Tirana Albania for the fourth Eurotour stop this year. I am really looking forward to play and also try out the Kamui Chalk Shark chalk holder and Vue bridge head. I received them yesterday so this is my first try. They look good:) Thank you Kamui and OBCUES for providing me with such great equipment!
