Ohwell. I did not win the womens division, iI got silver. I tried my best, but i ran out of steam sunday. I played a total of 10 matches during the wekeend, and I had some good wins in the open class. My game overall was ok, and I ended up in 17th place losing 85-100 in the LQ so I guess I need to take the positives and focus towards the European Championships. Now I will have a small easter break.

I lost my last match to qualify for the single elimination 7-6. I really gave it away. After playing solid I missed a perfect 9-ball, got a second chance just to miss that one too and scratch. Sometimes pool can be the worst thing in the world and you start to reconsider your future poolplans. But then the dissapointment let go and you realize that the agony your experiencing comes from the love of the game!

I have played some really good matches this weekend, I will go back home and keep on working on my game with that in mind. I just need to make sure I do the full job every shot! Mental coach Øyvind Hammer once told me to never take a shot without the right feeling and he is absolutely right! This is where my focus will be the next month until the european championships.

I am still the best norwegian on the ranking, but I dropped a few places to 11 overall. That means I will have to start withour seeding next eurotour so I  just have to work a little harder to get back in top 8.

On my way home after a dissapointing poolweekend. I did not bring my game,  that’s all. Nothing I can do about that except being even more prepared for the eurotour in Treviso next weekend.
